Our online classes provide the perfect introduction to what we offer here at PASSA, and give you the perfect opportunity to jumpstart your training.

 
PASSA-STRENGTH-FOR-RUNNERS-CLASS-COURSE

STRENGTH FOR RUNNERS

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS @ 6PM - ZOOM

Enjoy pounding pavements for fun, but find yourself skipping those all important strength training sessions? Looking to increase your speed, improve your running form and prevent injury? Then our Strength for Runners class is for you!

 

Available twice a week, our strength sessions provide a progressive structure and are accessible for all - no matter your level of experience.

Our sessions are tailored to work individually for one per week or hand in hand as two sessions per week.

 

Over 45 minutes we'll cover warm-up drills, dynamic stretching, a focused progressive strength session, and developmental stretching.
 

All our classes come with a Spotify playlist for a fully immersive experience. You'll even get sent a recording of the session incase you want to do it again or want to take part in your own time.

 

Equipment optional: dumbbells and/or resistance bands suggested, bodyweight or household alternatives will be given!

 

STRETCHING FOR RUNNERS

SUNDAYS @ 6PM - ZOOM

After a hard week of training, join us for a wind-down and reset before the next week rolls around.

 

Our 45 minute Stretching for Runners session focuses on a full body stretch and teaches you muscle relaxation and breathing techniques you can take into your training. Helping to power those miles and protect your body from injury.

 

​All our classes come with a Spotify playlist for a fully immersive experience. You'll even get sent a recording of the session incase you want to do it again or want to take part in your own time.

 

The perfect way to end your week, and prepare for the one ahead.

 

Suggested props to bring to class: mat, a few cushions, a long length resistance band/yoga strap/dressing gown strap/pair of tights, and a foam roller or tennis ball.
