FOR WOMEN
Whether you're looking to run your first 5km, qualify for the bucket list race of your dreams, or return to running post-pregnancy, our bespoke Run Coaching package delivers an individually tailored plan directly to you.
Keen to achieve your true potential? Our expertise and knowledge will get you there.
- TRAINING PLAN: A bespoke weekly training plan delivered via our online app. PLUS adjustments to your plan whenever necessary to allow you to balance training with day-to-day work and life.
- REGULAR CHECK-INS: An onboarding consultation video call, regular video call check-ups to chat progress, racing plans, and areas for improvement, as well as WhatsApp support!
- RACE STRATEGY: Achieve your full potential with pace guidance for all sessions and help planning race strategy.
- STRENGTH TRAINING: Progressive programmed strength training with individual exercise explanation videos to develop power and protect your body from injury.

Confident with a little less support?
Our running plans can be purchased for 12, 16, 20 week or custom durations to build you up to a race or goal.
After an initial consultation call, your plan will be created and tailored to your current training level and experience, plus we'll plan your strength training to work with the equipment you have available.
Your plan will be delivered within 5 working days and you'll be ready to go!
