Hailed as a pocket rocket, Lillie is a Boston Marathon qualified athlete who knows the drive and determination required to reach your goal.
As an ex-dancer, she has buckets of enthusiasm and the ability needed to motivate you towards that dream.
After leaving her corporate marketing job, she launched PASSA to cater for a holistic approach towards training and running. Her key philosophy? Training should fit around your life, not the other way around.
With a wealth of qualifications and knowledge to hand, she knows exactly what it takes to build fitter, stronger, healthier, faster, future-proof bodies, and will be there to help you every single step of the way.

A keen runner and adventurer, Emma trained as a yoga teacher in 2018 after finding yoga was a great way to stretch and release her body.
Emma loves to keep things simple, fun, and accessible, reminding all of us that yoga is all about moving and connecting to your body. She has a passion for anatomy and finding stretches and flows that benefit athletes, enabling them to encompass yoga into their weekly routines.
She loves to bring a smile to everyone’s face in class, so you leave your mat feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for whatever you’re doing next.
